Oracle reference guide

Wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of good reference guides for oracle with .net. Just got a new job, so will be going from old school asp / SQL Server to VB.net / VBA with Oracle as a back end. Never used Oracle, so anything that highlighted the main differences between T-SQL and PL/SQL and covered a bit of ADO would be really helpfull (if such a thing exist).
