Opening New Screen in Same Form

This might be a pretty obvious thing to do, but I'm struggling to do it. I'm trying to create a new screen in the same form, the only thing I've done closest to doing that is when you click on a button in one form, another form opens. But I'd like this action to be presented in the same window. So I guess I want to open multiple forms in the same window. :mad
