I do some VB.NET as part of what I do sometimes. Current looking for a job as a network engineer, but not confident enough to take the full plunge programming at this point. I came across this one several times in the past two week on my searches. The poc says her client is primarily looking for .NET experience. Thought I would share.

1. 3+ years experience developing on the Microsoft stack.
2. Ability to work in an environment with a lot of freedom and responsibility, while being flexible enough to handle dynamic situations.
3. Desire to share information and mentor team members by reviewing code and participating in daily stand ups.
4. Work directly with business analysts and business stakeholders during all levels of the software development life cycle.
Technical Skills
1. ASP.NET (web forms preferred)
2. C#
3. SQL Server development (stored procedures, data modeling, indexes, etc.)
4. TFS, including continuous integration or similar product experience
5. jQuery or other JavaScript library
6. TDD experience
7. WinForms experience a plus
