.net 2012 application appear different on Win 10

I made an application in VB.Net 2012 Professional on Windows 7 when I crossed the Win 10 application looks different. During the design textbox controls do not have 3D Eff, labels look bigger, grid is different ... During application run-time texboxs still do not have 3D Eff but labels and datagrid are of normal size. Where did I go wrong or something needs to be set in Windows 10? Thank you

You didn't do anything wrong. Windows 7 and Windows 10 are different operating systems. They look different. Applications look different. That's the way it is. That's the way it's supposed to be.
