need help on my web client

hey guys. i made my own web client and i want to put a option in that if the people want they can check a box and it will proxify there page for them. right now i have one working with anonymouse.org but i was wondering if there was a way i could do it myself? im kinda new to all this so i did know. thanks for all the help,

I'm not 100% sure but this sounds like ASP.NET rather than Web Services so I've moved the thread.
