Navigator ActiveX Missing

In Tool box of VS.net my Navigator ActiveX tool is missing.

Any guidance. I have also look in the ADD Item of the tool Box.
But I cant find in it.

ActiveX components are under the COM tab. You may have to browse to and load the file that contains the component.
