Ms Sql Server and Pocket PC Emulator 2002

Hi,
I faced with one problem in using Pocket PC Emulator 2002

with Visual Basic.Net.When I retrive data from (Ms S...ql Server version 7.0) at

first run time,I get "Unable to connect to the remote server"

Error.But at second run time, there is no error and I got

desire data. Please Give me advice to correct this error.
