Question mark it answered

If the option to mark it answered exists I'd like to do that but don't know how

You can edit first post and change thread prefix to answered/resolved.

I can't find any way to edit my post.

And also: is the prefix the green area containing the word "Question"

Second time you've helped me and I want to know how to mark it "Answered"

I know there is supposed to be a Top-right menu with an Edit-thread but I can't find it.

Also there are two two-inch square white boxes at the top of my display of the site.

What are they for?

There is likely a postcount limit before new users can edit previous posts.
