I've attached a VS 2005 project that I have mostly working now. It will soon be a larger collection of science pictures with a ruler that scrolls vertically as the user moves up and down the image. I've got the ruler moving with the scroll event handler the way that it should. The problem I'm running into is that the ruler image leaves streak marks as you scroll vertically. Is there a way to make the image update faster? Or even a smarter way to get to the same effect?
