make installation package

I almost completed my project, so I should consider how to make installation package.
But I'm first time to make VB.NET setup package.
I used 3'rd party SDK's in my project.
How to extract dll's from my project and where is the location those dlls should be copied in case of 32bit and 64bit respectively.
