Macro to change all projects in the workplace

Ok guys, so i don't know if u speeak french, so i will write a messege in english also,

so I have a big problem: I want to create a macro who changes the runtime library options (multi-thread, single thread, or MLd, MDd) and makes them the same for all the the projects in workplace.

I don't know to use DTE env, so i need help....source code, sites, anything

Bien, quels que soient mon efforts je n'ai pas pu m'empêcher ... je suis désolé It is not my speciality (i am using macros very rarely)

I need a thread for Visual C++ .NET which modify the compilation options for exemple Multi-Threadn Single-Thread or MdD, MLd for all the projects in the workspace....

So actualy I need 2 specific fonctions (one who gives me the number of projects in the workspace and one which modify the options)...
