Hi there wanted to check if anyone has some ideas on this. I need to make an app that can print data from remote sites and send them to a central server, the printed information will be from word or excel. The server has to check the prints coming in for certain information in the document and compare it against info stored in a DB. If it finds a match it then needs to send the data onto another listening app at various remote sites.
The real problem i am having is getting the data being printed to be sent to the server for the comparison. I have looked at LPD printing but havent been able to find much information. Anyone have any ideas where i could find info on that, or if you have any better ideas let me know. Getting a headache thinking about this.:worked_till_5am:
