I am new and want to install VB.NET for learning purpose. 2010 express endition install ASP.NET but don't VB.NET. Is this something I need to pay or how can I do learn...
please guide...

If you install VB Express then you get VB for Windows applications. If you install VWD Express (Visual Web Developer) then you get ASP.NET for web applications. ASP.NET supports both VB and C# as the code-behind language.

Install Visual Basic 2010 Express is first in the list. Just select the language and voila.
