i want to now how to start creating program that can record in a text file
or in a listbox all sites visited by internet explorer or firefox in any pc.

Spyware or a logger. Or, it could be for a program that I thought of once that was an internet browser, and for the front page, it had a bunch of buttons taking you to the most visited sites. I would use a database, or an xml file, or even an old school ini file (not really recommeneded). There is tons of ways of doing it, what is the main goal of what you are trying to do? How fast does this program have to respond once it starts up. How much disk space are you trying to use, and how long is it supposed to hold onto the history?
