Key Logging

Hello,

I have an application I am going to begin working on that requires logging the keystrokes that are entered.

I also need to capture the window names of the application that are selected and all that.

Does anyone have a reference they can point me to that I can begin to research this? I use VB.NET in VS 2005.

You want to write a keylogger? To log your own keys, or other apps keys?

Yes. This isn't to be used for malicious purposes. It's to actually help me out with my trouble calls.
