Installation Interrupted

Hello all,

I am trying to re-install a new web application and keep getting the following attached message:

I installed the software (Visual Studio 2000) before and try to re-install it again (because I need to re-install my OS). My problem is every time, I try to install the Visual Basic, it can’t continue to install and it always show this message. Help! What is the matter with this? My OS is Windows XP Home Edition. Please Help. What should I do to fix this?
