INSERT Menu no longer available in 2003 IDE

Hi - I've recently upgraded machines and am now using Visual Studio .NET 2003 as opposed to 2002. I'm using it to edit web pages, and have noticed that I no longer have an INSERT menu. Can anyone tell me how I can find it?

Hi - I haven't been able to find the INSERT menu in Visual Studio .NET 2003, but I have found the HTML toolbox which allows me to insert images into my HTML so that's ok...
