no one in the world have any idea to how to change the Error message or Hide this message. !!!

Opposite. The file has extension .exe but is not an executable.

Why would a non executable need an exe extension. One reason would be malware, masked as a video. Hiding a warning that you are about to run an exe makes it dangerous.
