Question Icons Changing

I have a vb.net app which has many forms and I want to change some icons in All forms. Each form has different ImageList. Is there any way I can do a mass change?

I want to change the icons in tlbMain (Menu) which a UltraToolbarsManager. I think it would be helpful to find the image path in the code but i can't find it
