After publishing and installing an application, I am struggling to get the icon in 'Start - Programs - *Program name*' to show as the same icon set in the main form.
I have searched and looked everywhere in here, and its confusing.
Am I missing something? I have another install that does this and shows the correct one in Windows, but the program in question is just refusing to show this.
They both look and publish in the same manner so I am mightily confused here.

Interestingly the one that works has the icon under resources, but the program in question has no resources sub folder, yet has the icon in the project files, and on the main form.
