I find no Microsoft speech

I'm facing a problem that I find no "Microsoft speech object library" in the references.
May anyone help me?

Did you look in correct page, the COM page?
Did you restart Studio after installation of the library?

ya, I'm sure that I m in correct page.
I also restart for few time after installation for it.
I had installed the SDK 5.1 but not the library that Sir mention.
Is it different?
i download the SDK 5.1 from below:

I'd say if it's not there then it's not installed.
