http post VB2005

I'm simply trying to do an http post to a single web page. I've googled and came close but alas ...

I'm not trying to do anything with web services or any ASP voodoo ...

I simply want VB to make an http post to a web page and then have vb read the stream result of the web page after the post is made.

Anyone have any links / snippets to get me started in the right direction?

Look at the WebClient and its Upload methods. If that can't do what you need then it's time to look at the HttpWebRequest and HttpWebResponse classes.
