How to make Outlook Menubar ???

Hi everybody here,
(I am new here and I want to compliment for this material here ... really vb.net programmers)
Can u anybody help me to :
Create a menu bar like Outlook.... (I really appreciate that style)....

There are lots of these out there, unfortunately most are in c#. But not to worry goto the link below download the control, get yourself a copy of reflector and have a look at the vb.net source.
