Question how to make form with login level?

ok well eh i have a interface where i can login, but i must set the status to tell whether i am student or staff login. Is there any possible that i can do that? anyone can help me?

how to make form with login level, so the admin and user have different access right..

Admin can modify the user and admin data not for user right. Anyone can help?
