How to install VB.net?

Hi everybody,
I'm new for VB.net, so please help me. Is it we need to install Visual Studio.net in order to get VB.net? or we can just directly install VB.net? Because I had install Visual Studio.net but I can't find VB.net inside my pc too. I wonder why?

Any Advice is acceptable.

yes you need to install visual studio.net.

Once you have done that you open visual studio.net and click new > project.

When you are there you will see the different types of projects you can create, VB.net is one of them.
