How to declare global class

Hi, how we can declare a global class in .net and whats its benefit.

There's no such thing as a global class. Are you actually talking about global variables? Perhaps if you were to provide some background on your question, like what you're actually trying to achieve. If you don't know what the benefits of something are then why do you want to create one in the first place?
