I've never used IBM MQ - I've never even heard of it before this - but the home page provides a link to samples on GitHub here. That includes .NET samples, which are likely written in C# but should be easily translated to VB.NET. If you want a tool to do the translation, I highly recommend Instant VB from Tangible Software Solutions. The free version has limitations but should be enough for chunks of code and will do a better job than any online translator.
