How to compile as 2.0?

So I created a 3.5 framework program, but the computer it needs to run on can't be upgraded to 3.5. What's the best way to revert to a 2.0 framework?

Can I just compile as it, or do I need to remake the program as 2.0 some way?

Sorry if this question is a little obvious, it's hard to find an answer when googling words like "framework 3.5 2.0" and "visual studio" just return books and the like

Advanced Compiler Settings Dialog Box (Visual Basic) Here you set Target framework

Then you have to remove any references to .Net 3.5 assemblies, by default these will be System.Data.DataSetExtensions and System.Xml.Linq assemblies, in same page the default project level namespace import for System.Xml.Linq namespace must also be unchecked.
