How to build a live support system?

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone had any expirience with building live support system (like chat) in asp.net. So I would like to have form on page that can chat with support members. When client sends message the notification should be displayes on support computer.

But remember, I don't have a static IP!!!

How to do this?
