How to access Microsoft's Create DataBase

I have one problem regarding reading the data in the Microsoft Access to display the record in the web from. It have this error Mesages

The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file 'C:\DatabaseFiles\RnrBooks.mdb'. It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data.

Does anyone know how to access the data.

check whether the same database is opened exclusively by other users or check the folder with same database name with .ldb extension, if found just remove it
