How I can create Access DataBase in runtime inside code?

but in this part of code accoured an error
"Dim cat As New ADOX.Catalog()"

You need to add a com reference....

ADOX (Microsoft ADO Ext. 2.x for DDL and Security)

This works for access 2000.
