How do I change Subitem Icon in Listview?

I have a vb.net apps that retrieves a list of services from a remote PC. The subitem icon as Red.jpg if the service is not running and Green.jpg if service is running. When stopping a running service, I want to change the Subitem icon from Red.jpg to Green.jpg. How can I do this....Does anyone have any suggestion?
