How can I use microsoft access in accounting work?

I need to do all step in maintaining accounts by microsoft access. I need to get leadger book, Income statement , Balance sheet etc from access.
 
An Access database will store whatever data you want it to store. It's up to you to determine what data your application needs to store and design your database, i.e. tables and columns, accordingly. You then build an application that provides the appropriate functionality and uses OleDb to save and retrieve data to and from the database.
