how can I compress or decompress file or files

I would like to compress (zip) and decompress(unzip) file or a set of files programattically like the win xp does with right clike and "send to compressed file ",

or if it's function is not available ,Is there any other efficient component to do this in .net framework .

It must be in .net because I want to use it in webforms too.
