Highlight Current Line

Is there any way (setting, macro or otherwise) to get VS.NET to show the current line with a different background color (ultraedit style)? This would be useful as I go through html code for updating or deleting.

Oh! thank you - I have encountered slick edit, but didn't know they had free utilities available.
