Help with BitBlt

Hi, I'm having difficulty with the bitblt api. Basically I have 3 picture boxes overlapping on each other on a Form and I want to save the combined picture boxes as an image file to my desktop. I just cant seem to get it to work. I've had a few attempts but it doesnt seem to work. If some1 could post a short example code here then I'd really appreciate that. I've seen some online but they dont seem to work for me :S. If theres another easier way to do this without using bitbtl then please let me know.
