Help in reporting

Hi all
Reporting is something new to me

I Want my report something like this and I am unable to do so

Rates(coming from the rate table)
Tax (coming from the tax table and formula is rate * 4%)
Total 1(including the rates and tax)
cake rates( coming from rate table and *.70)
Total 2(Total 1- cakes rates)
net rates(total 2 / 30%)

Now I want to take Total 2 and Put it side by side and there are certain more calculations.
can somebody help me out on this
