Help Grabbing info from HTML

Ok wasn't to sure where to post this, so move if needed.

I've searched every where and don't get me wrong I Found Answer but I could not reconstruct them for my needs.

I need to get information out of an html source

I have the webpage loading into the browser.

What would be the best way to Parse(Is this the right phrase?) my content out?
