Have to press down twice on datagridview

Hi all,

I have a datagridview and for some reason when it loads with mutliple rows, i have to press the down key twice before it moves to the second row.

I have another datagridview which works perfectly but I just cannot pinpoint where the difference is.

Can someone point me in the right direction please..
