get anchor tag values and text

Hi friends,

I'm looking for developing an application works like flashget. When we right click on a webpage and when clicking Download all with flashget all links on that pages with its text and its url will be fetched by flashget. How it is possible using vb.net. ie. I needs to get all anchor tag texts and its url of a selected html file or URL.
