Freamework1.1 SDK

I have installed a .NET Freamework 1.1. For some reason, it is not letting me to create a new project. I can't find the option "new project" in file menu. File menu consits of print and exit only. It does not even have the option "new" under file menu.
any idea what am I doing wrong. This is my first attempt with .net family.

...so you wanna use the framework. Which programming language do you want to code in? Are you using Visual Studio? Since you are posting this in a VB.net-forum you might use this with the framework:
