Form Flickering

Hello Experts

I am developing an application in VB.NET using Multiple document interface. But i got stuck with form flickering issue. When new Child form are loaded the whole application will flicker once. Why this happening ? Any helpful information ?

In MDI form i am using splitter and toolbar

you can also try using Me.SuspendLayout then a Me.ResumeLayout after you've completed your changes.
