Question find button?

I am using connection string in my application. Can uany body help me wat will be the coding for "Find" button. Here are the some fields which will be fetched by dis button:-
1. Empid---Textbox1
2. Name---Textbox2
3. Designation--Combobox1
4. Grade--------Combobox2
