Expression or Visual Studio?

Hello All,

I have a question for some of the more seasoned ASP.NET developers out there. I am just beginning to develop web applications using ASP.NET. As a result, should I be using the new 'Expression Web Designer' with its emphasis on CSS to develop web forms, or should I rather stick to using 'Visual Studio' along with Master pages and Themes to do the same thing?

Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
