.Exe problem

I built a project, using the solution explorer and i have the debug folder. I installed the program onto a memory stick, I tried running the program from the memory stick (after I installed it to the memory stick) and it wants .Net Framework Version 1.1.4322, which was included in the build as a detected dependicy. I cannot have to install the application on every PC it is used on because it will be used on countless PC's (It is for my fathers company as a password database, and they need to be able to access the passwords of customers at any given time from any PC, even if the PC does not have the .Net Framework). Please, If you can help at all, Help! Thank you.

Once again, you MUST have the .net framework installed on the machine runing the VB.Net App. What you could do is use a terminal server and just install .net there....

Dosnt the build of the .Exe include the .Net Framework in it?
