Error adding sql server as datasource

I try to add my sql server as a datasource in my project. it finds the database and table but when I pres next and yes to save it as "ConnectionString" I get an error:

Anyone know what I am doing wrong??

Please give me your connection string
Leave any manager and do it by your own code (manualy) it is very easy to do it
