Draw Text inside or outside Ellipse or Curve

How can I draw an ellipse or curve and then have text that follows the angle of the ellipse or curve inside of it or outside of it with GDI+? I've been trying to find code or tutorials all morning but they all seem to lead to rotated or angled text. Thanks for any help.

Thanks for posting that article! It looks like that's all I need in order to accomplish what I'm doing. I didn't think I'd be too difficult to do but it's more complex then I thought!

There is also one at Code Project: Text on Path with VB.NET - looks as an easy to use class.
