Ok then let me explain this to you.
I have the above form and the fields in the database(Access) are Dats,Title,FolderName,FileName,WriteNotes,ReminderDats.
This form is basically for creating notes to the user and getting the reminder....
I dont know the possible way the user may use this form...
As i thought a few days before:
First on clicking the Create folder button a folder will be created and the name of the folder is saved in the database column named FolderName as well as in the dropdownlist of the SelectFolder combo.
Then ...........
