Question disable mouse?

Hi All...and hello,

I am tasked to write a new program to remote into our tech support computers to help them out while they are trying to remote into their computers to see what is up if they are having problems. I was asked to be able to not move their mouse if they were in Word, Excel, in an application writing a problem ticket, etc....

Is there a way to do this? If so, how? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated - as i only have about 2 years experience writing VB.NET apps now.
