dial up modem internet connection by WinInet.dll's

Hi All ,

I am new in this forum. All post regarding Windows Service are very Precious
I have a query...is it possible to get dial up modem internet connection by WinInet.dll's InterAutiDial function. I done it in Desktop but there is no response /execution for that code in windows service.

Also I have to do zip , upload zip files through FTP to a remote server ,
download zip files from that server and Unzip it.......is all these things are possible from windows service.
